| Its clear to me that Sam has some sort of value in the cities of Tijuana, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Puebla, and Mexicali, its obvious by the fact that a majority of his forces in mexico are located in these cities. I have sent Troops to each of these cities, with the Exception of Mexico City. In a few hours i will send 70,000 units to the underground in mexico city, I also have 100,000 troops and 1000 aircraft en route to San Juan, from there ill send those 100,000 to Washington DC. we can launch a duel assault on mexico and the United states.
